Duplicate Page Titles

Many pages sharing the same title dilute relevance and confuse users in SERPs.

Why this matters

  • - Titles are a primary relevance signal.
  • - Duplicates make SERP snippets less compelling.
  • - Internal reporting and analytics become harder.

How to fix it

  1. 1. Make titles unique and specific per URL.
  2. 2. Include primary keyword once near the front.
  3. 3. Keep length roughly 50–60 visible characters.

Weak example

Twenty blog posts titled “Blog | Acme”.

Better example

Each post uses a unique headline plus brand suffix.
